Lowe Wines joins Vines to Venues

Lowe Wines has recently announced that Vines to Venues will distribute its Lowe brand.  Vines to Venues is a relatively new business that offers small premium winegrowers a personal, relationship focused route to market. 

The team at Vines to Venues comprises wine industry professionals Nick Bacon and Andrew Jamieson, along with contributing chef and food scientist Rebecca Sutton, sommelier Emma Williams and business development executive Jean-Paul Buhagiar. 


“The Vines to Venues team took on our Louee wines last year and have done a great job. We have now taken the next step of giving them the Lowe brand to distribute,” explained David Lowe, owner and winemaker. 

“With our entire portfolio now with the Vines to Venues team we are looking forward to broadening the reach of our Mudgee and Central Ranges wines.” 

“We are seeing great support from the independent retailers and restaurateurs. As the large chains are dominating the retail scene, the smaller businesses are enjoying working with small winemakers to ensure that they have a diverse and high quality offering that spans the regions of Australia.” 

The Lowe range can now be enjoyed throughout a host of new and established restaurants around Sydney including Double Bay’s Mrs Sippy and Bar 100 at The Rocks. 

“The Lowe portfolio of wines is a perfect fit with what many sommeliers are now looking for,” commented Vines to Venues’ Nick Bacon. 

“The lower alcohol Nullo Mountain Riesling and Pinot Grigio, right through to the multi trophy winning Lowe Zinfandel, offer them quality wines with a real sense of place; a far cry from many commercial, non-regional wines that are choking the market.”
